You can cancel your Play Kits Subscription at any time. Please do so at least 3 days before your next shipping date for the cancellation to take effect.
To cancel, sign in to your account and click on Account Settings. Then, under Manage Play Kit Subscriptions, you can choose to skip the next Play Kit or cancel your subscription altogether.
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation and/or refund (when applicable). If you cancel a subscription that includes Play Kits you’ve already prepaid for, you’ll be refunded the purchase price of The Play Kits you haven’t received and will forfeit any prepaid discount. If you’re owed a refund, you can expect to receive confirmation on that refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
If you cancel, you will see the option to restart with the Play Kit that was next to process on your account.
