We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lovevery product. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product, with the exception of The Real Life Play Kitchen. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Please contact us with your name, order number, and we will issue you a prepaid return label for physical products.
We cannot accept returns of The Real Life Play Kitchen due to both its size, weight, and customer-assembled nature.
